Introducing Our Secret RF Microneedling Treatment, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy.
Also referred to as collagen induction therapy, microneedling uses very fine needles to create equally fine channels through the surface layer of the skin. Even though the body loses collagen after a person reaches their mid-20s, the body’s ability to create new collagen remains. It stays dormant until an injury
causes a healing response. Microneedling triggers the healing response, although it creates little to no damage due to the fine, solid needles used. The microchannels created by the needles close quickly.
There may be some pinpoint bleeding, which typically stops within seconds. Secret RF is not only all of the above but is also coupled with radiofrequency, which is designed to stimulate collagen dramatically by directly applying radiofrequency-based heat to the dermis. This means that because the system
uses needles and heat, it gives much better results than traditional microneedling, which uses needles alone. As a result, patients will see an incredible improvement in their lines, wrinkles, scars of any type, acne scars, and sagging / loose skin.
This treatment can also be used on the body to treat thin and wrinkly skin about the knees, thin skin on the chest, tightening or loose skin anywhere, including the abdomen, and scarring from prior surgeries.

Secret RF Treatment best suits patients with fine lines, mild to moderate wrinkles, sagging skin, texture, pores, crepey neck or eye skin, acne scars, and jowl tightening.
How Soon Will You See Results?
As soon as the deepest layers of your skin are penetrated by the needles. “Microwounds” trigger your body’s response to stimulate the inflammatory process to heal your body immediately. Typically, after your second treatment, patients will start to notice results, but optimal results appear three months after the last treatment. They will continue to look better as time goes on as collagen /elastin builds. This treatment is commonly used to correct the signs of aging, improve your skin texture, and improve pigmentary issues.
While Secret RF can be more uncomfortable than typical Microneedling because there is heat involved, it is tolerable. With the use of numbing cream, We treat patients about 40 minutes prior to the procedure using combination of Benzocaine, Lidocaine, and Tetracaine creams to help with any discomfort. Most patients agree, the treatment is very manageable. With all patients we have the ability to decrease the intensity to make the treatment more comfortable.
What To Expect After The Treatment
Patients can expect to feel heat, warmth, and tightness to their face or area that was treated. Most often it looks like a sunburn and some patients might experience some minor to mild swelling or welting. For those that swell we suggest taking an anti-inflammatory to help post procedure. Patients will need to avoid all heat generating activities such as exercise and shouldn’t apply any skincare with active ingredients to their skin for 24 hours except for gentle cleanser and some skin healing and repairing products. Other side effects a patient might experience, white heads, skin flaking, and mild breakouts. The majority of the time, patients do not have any issues, but we are always available in case a question or concern arises. This treatment works to tighten and smooth the skin out and is best when used in combination with Botox and Dermal Fillers for an overall anti-aging effect!
