Extended bilateral upper arm lift (brachioplasty). Excision of excess skin and attached fat from her upper arms across the axilla (bra fat area under the shoulder joint where the arm connects to the shoulder) and along the lateral chest wall.

An arm lift, or brachioplasty, combined with liposuction, removes the excess fat and loose skin from your upper arm. Liposuction has decreased the fat deposits, and the arm lift surgery removed and tightened the sagging skin. This combination helped to achieve a more sculpted look.
